Items must be returned in original condition with attached price tickets and return form and must be accompanied by the packing list or original sales receipt. All other conditions of our Return Policy apply.
DANON Return & Exchange policy
You can return any unworn / unused item for a refund, within 30 days of receiving your original order. If you’d like a refund for your goods but you can’t return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.
If you receive faulty, damaged or incorrect goods please notify us via e-mail: email@example.com and return the product within 7 days of purchase.

*The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way! They must be posted by Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery with a tracking number supplied to you. The postage cost is your responsibility unless you are returning a faulty item.
*All goods will be inspected on return. We try hard to accept all returns, and returns to us must be returned in original condition with attached price tickets and must be accompanied by the packing list or original sales receipt .In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. Please note due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept earrings as a return unless they are faulty.

How to return merchandise
Please send items back to us at the address below using the Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery with a tracking number supplied to you. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return. Please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
We keep most items in stock and orders received before 1PM shall be posted by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery on the same day (we do not ship on Sundays, and UK Bank Holidays). If an item is not in stock it will be despatched within a week due to our unique hand crafted process.
Danon delivers worldwide, using variety of carriers. There are few locations that are beyond our reach. In those cases, we will send an email notification, and will try to solve the specific case with the costumer.
